Complaints

In the contact with our organization, you could be involved with various employees of Nidos Foundation. The management hopes that the collaboration between you and our employees takes place properly. However, it might be the case that you are not satisfied with the collaboration or the help offered, or that you believe that you have not been treated correctly or that incorrect decisions have been made about you by our employee. Of course, it is best to talk to the employee in question immediately. If that is not possible or you are dissatisfied with the result, you can submit a complaint as follows. You can request an interview with your regional manager. If you do not know the address of the regional office, you can request this from the head office of Nidos Foundation, at the following address:

The regional manager will discuss your complaint with you and preferably the employee in question. After this interview, if you believe that your complaint has not been dealt with sufficiently or are dissatisfied with how it was dealt with, you can submit your complaint to the general manager. You can write to the address above or call the number above. If this does not offer a solution either, you can present your complaint to the complaints committee. You can also present your complaint directly to the complaints committee. This complaints committee consists of three people – a chairman and two committee members who do not work for Nidos Foundation. No person about whom the complaint has been submitted is allowed a seat on the committee. A complaint must be submitted in writing to the secretary of the complaints committee. Address:

How the complaints committee deals with your complaint is recorded in a special regulation. This can be requested from the office of Nidos Foundation in your region.
