Complaints

In your contact with the Nidos Foundation, you may be involved with various employees. The management hopes that you can work together with them in a good way. However, you may feel that you are being treated less well or even badly. Of course, it is best to talk to the employee in question. If that does not work out and you wish to take the matter further, that is also possible. The procedure is as follows: You can speak to the regional manager in the office in your region. If you do not know the address, you can obtain it by calling the secretariat in Utrecht, on 0885011200. The regional manager will deal with your complaint by organizing a talk with you and – preferably – the employee in question. If you are not satisfied with the solution from the regional manager, you can submit your complaint to the general manager, by writing to or calling:

If this does not offer a solution either, you can present your complaint to the complaints committee. You can also present your complaint directly to the complaints committee. This complaints committee consists of three people – a chairman and two committee members who do not work for Nidos Foundation. No person about whom the complaint has been submitted is allowed a seat on the committee. A complaint must be submitted in writing to the secretary of the complaints committee. Address:

How the complaints committee deals with your complaint is recorded in a special regulation. This can be requested from the office of Nidos Foundation in your region.
